Ooh, I love this place. LOVE. The first time my husband and I went here we ordered chicken pho and chicken fried rice. It was sooo good the following day I craved it and ordered again the same thing for to go 😆😍🥰🤤 2 or 3 days later my husband and I went back and ordered beef pho and spring rolls, but you just keep coming back for the pho! 🍜❤️

For over 30 years the quality of food at this Saigon Bistro has been unmatched by any of the newcomers. I appreciated Vietnamese food and, in particular Pho, before I found this Saigon Bistro. The reason I say “this” Saigon Bistro is because there are others that go by the same name. Don’t confuse this one with the others poor reviews. Uncle Ben is the Owner/Head Chef. His Pho IS the best around. They just revamped their menu and scaled back to focus on the best. The Vietnamese Sandwich is back. It must have been by popular demand. It’s that tasty. Uuuummm!

This place is just average. For some reason, it’s very difficult to get good bang for your buck, delicious Vietnamese food in the South Bay. This place is average to decent in comparison to some other places in the South Bay, but if you compare to OC or other areas, this place just doesn’t compare. Parking is easy with large shared lot off busy Carson St. the place is nice and well kept. Staff is very friendly. We were waiting for our to go order and the staff offered us water on multiple occasions. It’s a nice place to enjoy a meal Price to food ratio is a bit off. Prices are on the higher end for what you get in terms of proteins. For to go pho, you can only order a large or the XL. I was expecting a good portion of meat for a combo, but that wasn’t the case. Proteins, onions, cilantro are packed into one container. Bean sprouts and basil separate Also got the shredded pork and grilled pork vermicelli. Disappointing amount of pork for the prices. Flavors are fine and this place can satisfy your Vietnamese food cravings to some degree, but it left me wanting more. I may just be used to the large portion, good bang for your back, satisfying Vietnamese food in other parts of

I had a great experience with the Saigon Bistro. I love Vietnamese " Pho"(rice noodles soup with shrimp) then added plenty of vegetables on top of the soup. Finally, you can sprinkle the Asian hot sauce. They are amazingly delicious rice noodle soups! All the employees were attentive, friendly& helpful to the customers. If you like Asian foods, I would like to recommend the " Saigon Bistro".

Local mom and pop pho shop on Carson Blvd in Torrance. Not mind blown like Westminster but plenty good enough for this part of southbay. Cash is preferred or you'll be paying extra credit card fees.
